BEST BURGER'S I'VE TIRED TO EAT IN ABLONG TIME THEY GIVE YOU SO MUCH TO EAT IT'S UNREAL 😛😛😛

Walked in at 8:52 to be told that they will be closing their kitchen at 9, so we would not be served. I asked to speak with the manager and he declined. Hostess explained to me that even though they close at 10, they close their kitchen at 9 so “they can get out of there by 10” ............. I will not be returning and do not recommend.

Great service, great food, great beer! One of the most pleasant dining experiences I've ever had, overall. Looking forward to coming back on my next visit to Sumter!

Great place in downtown Sumpter for a sandwich and a spot at the bar. Friendly staff, good food and atmosphere.

We just moved to town. I talked to the manager and they said they would be introducing a happy hour in the next few weeks and their outdoor seating is dog-friendly! Nice bar, a bit smaller, lots of tvs with all the games running. We split Sammy’s way, with chicken and Clyde the glide with a black bean burger. The fries were good, especially with the garlic aioli and we had a side of pimento cheese...very good! The beer selection seemed fairly extensive. The pumpkin stout was awesome! We will be back :)

Great atmosphere and awesome hand-made burgers (with option of beef, chicken or black bean patties). Lots of other really delicious menu items as well. Service is exceptional and fairly quick for a restaurant of this type.

Every time I come in I leave full bellied with a smile. Kristi is my favorite server. She gets your food and drinks out quickly and efficiently, is a great conversationalist, and she is just the sweetest person! The Tuscan chicken flat bread was delicious and the queso was as always a great starter!! Great spot to eat & hangout!

We visited Sumter for a house closing and while waiting we went downtown to grab lunch, we ran upon this place and couldn't have been more pleased. Must try the pork skins with pimento cheese, it was delish. Also the burgers are pretty amazing!

Awesome experience. Bartender let us stay after hours because it was pouring rain. Also gave us some great advice on our upcoming Savannah trip. Great dude and great beers on tap. Food was good as well, I ordered Pacific tuna tacos and they were amazing. This is a must visit if planning to be in Sumter.

Great place, servers, & food. Went out of their way to make sure i was happy with my food. Great selection of whiskey and beer. I was just passing through town on a motorcycle trip between Detroit and Florida. If i pass that way again i'll stop there and settle in for another great afternoon of hospitality. Fun tavern in downtown Sumter. Fun items on menu and some unique beverages available. Southern style food . Always look forward to returning.

Great beer selections and yummy food! We were very surprised by the Catawba peanut butter jelly beer on tap. It was very good. Seating is very limited. I'll be back when it's a little cooler outside!

Food here is amazing!! The staff is friendly and they know what they are doing... I would recommend this place to anyone!

Our family had dinner here, and the food was tasty and fresh. The menu had a variety of choices, seemed like more than the typical Mexican restaurant. The food was served quickly and was great quality. The portions were huge, and we took a number of take out boxes home.Consider the half portions if you are not hungry! My family went the for lunch on a Saturday afternoon after a track meet at Sumter High School. The service was wonderful as well as the food. If we are in Sumter in the future, we will definitely return!

Bar with good beer selection and good food. Great anchor for the downtown area. TVs were on with a variety of sports for different tastes. Staff were very nice, and there is a good outdoor seating area for cooler weather.

Really I'd go 4.5 stars if I could. Been here three times in 4 months. House made pork rinds are awesome. Had burgers the first time...real good options but burgers themselves were just a bit dry. Second time had the grilled tuna tacos... fantastic. The berry tart sundae was worth the trip by itself. First time was a late lunch on a Saturday and had great service. Second time was a Monday dinner starting at 7 with a 6 person group and initial service was slow., but got better. The resturant and bathrooms were clean and parking was easy to find.

Good local restaurant, several different versions of burgers. Good beer and drink selection. Great service.

I have had their chicken tacos and tonight I tried the South Carolina pork tacos. Let me tell you something, their tacos are literally some of the best food I have ever put in my mouth. They are fantastic!

Excellent food and great atmosphere. Drew is a great bartender and host. Highly recommend if you like a jeans and tshirt kind of place.

Oh My Goodness get the Potato Salad!!! Always have to an extra order to take with me home! Awesome staff, very attentive to their tables needs! I cannot day enough positive things about this establishment!

Nice establishment on Main Street in Sumter. The service is always pleasant and quick. The indoor seating is small, but if the weather is nice there is a good amount of outdoor seating. The food is good, the fries are amazing. The prices are a mostly fare overall. Great place for lunch or a Friday night out.

Nicest staff in Sumpter! Everyone smiles and speaks to you. The pork rinds came out STILL crackling! Mostly sandwiches but they all sound good. Great location definitely a can't miss if for some reason you are in Sumpter.

It was a Friday and they were having music downtown, so it was crowded. Fortunately, it was pleasant outside and we sat around the water feature and talked. We had a waitress that it was her 1st night waiting tables. She was nice but forgetful: napkins, refills,, utensils, etc. The pork rinds come to your table still popping from being fried. They are AWESOME! The pimento cheese just tops them off.

We were traveling and got to Sumter SC at lunch time. It was so nice to find a restaurant that was dine-in, with uniqueness, and good food. J O'Grady's is a wonderful place for sports lovers because they have a lot of memorabilia. We ordered the grilled shrimp salad with homemade blue cheese dressing, and it was delicious. The salad had a lot of flavor with goodies like tomatoes, onions, cheese, croutons mixed in with the lettuce and shrimp. J O'Grady's does have a limited number of tables and menu with servers wearing masks. They are doing the right thing to protect everyone.

I got recommend this place because I’m not from here and I’m here working as an intern for SCETV. The Fabulous Freddie burger was delicious and full of flavor!!!! It has avocado and sour cream!!! The onion rings were recommend as a side and those too were amazing with that sauce they had. Finally the pork rinds and pimento cheese was fantastic!!!! I love how they had the shredded cheese in it and it was creamy! I would definitely recommend this place for an amazing lunch or dinner!!!! Can’t wait to come back again!!

Really nice place with a great menu. The food is really good and the service is excellent. It's a nice spot that everyone should try, you won't be disappointed.

Food was excellent....service was a tad slow but my wife and i were enjoying a couple beers outside on the patio with a perfect view of historic downtown and the wattresses were of the nicest we've ever met! Would definitely come again!
